Trailing Stop + Trigger
Trailing Stop Guide
A Trailing Stop (TS) helps protect your profits by allowing a trade to remain open as long as the price increases while automatically selling if the price drops by a set percentage from its highest point.
Types of Trailing Stops
β Trailing Stop β Moves with the highest price reached and sells when the price drops by a specified percentage from its peak. β Trailing Stop with Trigger β Activates only after the price has increased by a set percentage from your entry price. Once activated, it follows the highest price and sells when the price drops by the trailing stop percentage.
Setting Up a Trailing Stop for New Trades
If you want to apply a Trailing Stop or Trailing Stop with Trigger automatically to all new trades:
1οΈβ£ Go to Settings: Type /settings
and open TP/SL/TS Config.
2οΈβ£ Enable Trailing Stop: Tap π΄ to turn it π’ (enabled for all new trades).
3οΈβ£ Set Your Trailing Stop Percentage:
Tap π― and enter the percentage at which your trailing stop will activate.
Example: If you set a 20% trailing stop, the stop price will always be 20% lower than the highest price reached. 4οΈβ£ For Trailing Stop with Trigger:
Set a Trigger Target % first (e.g., 100% profit).
After reaching this target, the trailing stop starts tracking the highest price.
Example: If you set a 100% trigger and a 20% trailing stop, the trailing stop only activates once the token price reaches 100% profit. From there, it sells if the price drops by 20% from the highest point.
These settings will now apply automatically to all new trades.
